You will receive an e-mail notification once your order has been dispatched. The e-mail contains a tracking number. If you have not received a notification e-mail in your inbox, check other folders in your e-mail account.

Order cancellations
You may cancel your order before it has been dispatched. If you cancel prior to the dispatch date given in your order (vai onko time? kuinka tarkka haluat olla, onko kellonaika tiedossa vaiko vain päivä?), a 2 € cancellation fee is applied. If your order has not been dispatched on time, there will be no cancellation fee.
Changing your order
Changing items in your order is not possible because Husky Banana does not hold items in stock. (Pitäisikö tähän tarkentaa esim: We will manufacture the items according to your order. )

Items can be returned within 30 days of receipt of shipment. Returned items must be in resaleable condition, with labels attached and packaged in its original bag (tai jos haluat cover/protective bag. Mikä on sen pussin nimi jota käytät?) Our policy is to refund the cost of the items and original shipment, but the customer is responsible for costs due to return shipping as well as delivery of the items at Husky Banana. Prior to any return, please contact us at hello@huskybanana.com.
Undelivered shipment
If the shipment is not collected in time from the designated location, or delivery to the given address has not been possible, the shipment is returned to Husky Banana. For undelivered shipments the fee is 10 € for shipments in Finland, and 15 € for other countries.
Issues with delivery
Check you order and please contact our customer service at hello@huskybanana.com within 14 days of receipt of shipment.
Defects in items
We are responsible for any defects in materials, sewing, and sizing. We are not responsible for any damage due to incorrect use or maintenance of products.
Prices listed include VAT for customers in the EU, but does not include VAT for customers outside the EU.
Customs and taxes
Customers outside the EU are responsible for any customs duties or taxes in the country of their residence or the country to which the shipment is made.
